Curriculum background
    The latest compulsory national standards in China are: GB 7718-2011, GB 28050-2011, GB 14880-2012, GB 29924-2013 and GB 2760-2014. This course will interpret these standards from deep light, and elaborate the relevant provisions and applications of food labeling in combination with the new food safety law of the people's Republic of China and the trademark law. In addition, the course will also mention the relevant precautions in the food labeling management provisions.
