Changing or Refunding Instructions:
1.We will not do any compensation for the nonconforming products due to customers’ improper use, maintenance by themselves, impact and wear, accidents or negligence, etc.
2.Our company will not be responsible for the changing or refunding of the products which have been stored in or exposed to the environments not conforming to the product requirements, or removed, changed without permission, operated wrongly or installed incorrectly as well as those whose product codes are inconsistent, packaging and accessories are not complete or damaged.
3.We will not do any compensation for the damage to returned products due to incorrect packing in the process of transportation ,
4.Please wrap each returned product individually to avoid damage in the process of transportation.
5.When returning the products, please indicate the product models and relevant reasons in the attached files and clearly mark that the returned products are nonconforming and of not any commercial value.
