Brief Introduction

Pro-Cal intelligent calibration system for formaldehyde, made by ProSense, realizes the calibration of HCHO sensor/module/monitor/instrument…with the method of liquid evaporation in a container with fixed volume guided by national standard. Zero-class air is used in the system to get precise offset of the target device. The system is famous for simplicity、high accuracy、batch production ability, etc., and can solve the existed problem of lack of standard gas of HCHO. Intelligent software is integrated in the system which can start/stop calibration automatically and can generate sound & light alarm when abnormity occurs.

System Composition

Offset control part：test the real offset of target components in clean air;

Gas generation part: get standard gas with certain concentration by liquid evaporation in a fixed volume;

Intelligent test part: start & stop test automatically, alarm of abnormity.
