According to the introduction of Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Beijing first introduced regional energy planning, clarified the focus of energy development in the three places, innovated the mode of energy cooperation and built a multi-level and wide-area mechanism for energy integration and development so as to achieve complementary advantages and win-win results.
      The action plan consisted of 10 parts, for a total of 51 items, for the first time a clear list of projects and the deployment of 68 specific tasks. At the same time, it proposed the tasks of "eight big coordination" such as energy strategy coordination, energy facility coordination, energy green development coordination and energy innovation coordination.       In addition, the three places will also unify their market access standards and encourage all kinds of market players to participate in the construction and operation of energy infrastructure in the three regions on an equal footing. We will promote key energy enterprises in the three places to carry out cooperation through equity and promote cooperation with social capital.
